Instructions:
Turn on your heat press and set it to the recommended temperature for the patch and fabric.
Common settings:
Temperature: 325°F
Pressure: Medium (about 30-40 PSI)
Time: 10-20 seconds

Prepare the Fabric:
Ensure the fabric is clean and wrinkle-free. Press it for 5-10 seconds in the heat press without the patch to remove moisture and wrinkles.

Position the Patch:
Place the patch on the fabric with the adhesive side (shiny side) facing down.
Make sure it’s centered and aligned as desired.

Protect the Patch (Optional):
Lay a pressing cloth or piece of parchment paper over the patch to protect it from direct heat, especially if the patch has delicate embroidery or chenille details.

Press the Patch:
Close the heat press and apply pressure for 10-20 seconds (or the time recommended by the patch manufacturer).
Ensure even pressure during the pressing process.

Cool and Check:
Open the heat press and carefully remove the item.
Let the patch cool for about 1-2 minutes to allow the adhesive to fully bond with the fabric.
Check the edges of the patch to ensure they are securely attached. If not, re-press for an additional 5-10 seconds.

Cure and Set:
After the patch is fully cooled, it’s ready for use. For the best results, wait 24 hours before washing or handling it extensively.
