Chenille and Sequin Patches Instructions

HEAT PRESSED REQUIRED

Set up:

Set the temperature on your heat press to 325°F–350°F (160°C–175°C).

• Adjust the time to 10–15 seconds.
• Use medium pressure
• Press garment 10-15 seconds to remove any moisture

Position the Patch:

• Place the patch adhesive side down (shiny side) on the desired area of the fabric.
• Ensure the patch is perfectly aligned, as repositioning after application is difficult.

Protect the Patch and Fabric:

• Cover the patch with a Teflon sheet, parchment paper, or a thin cotton cloth to prevent direct contact with the heat press plate.

Apply Heat:

• Close the heat press firmly to apply pressure.
• Press for 10–15 seconds without moving the heat press.
• For thicker patches or fabrics, you may extend the time to 20 seconds.

Heat the Back (Optional for Extra Strength):

• If possible, flip the fabric inside out so the reverse side of the patch faces up.
• Apply heat to the back for an additional 10–15 seconds.
